Dinner & Dancing
at Classic Kitchens & Interiors in Hyannis, MA

1 Thursday night each month from May to August, Join Professional Ballroom Dancer Ashly Costa, star of ABC’s Hit TV show Dancing with the Stars and Nutritional Microscopist Mike Costa, associate of the pH Miracle Center in San Diego, CA. for an evening of Dinner and Dancing.  At the start of this 2 1/2 hour event Ashly will teach a different style of dance from basic steps to a simple routine that any couple could use on a night out dancing.  From the dance floor couples will move to the kitchen where they will be shown a fresh and delicious healthy recipe. During the cooking class Mike and Ashly will talk about nutrition and wellness and about why it’s important to make the transition to a more alkaline lifestyle.  Learn simple steps to making living healthy easy, fast and inexpensive and pick up simple tips to creating a more alkaline lifestyle and diet.  At the end of the evening enjoy your meal and an open question and answer session with your hosts.

Thursday June 12th     Learn the Cha Cha Cha & a fresh Mexican alkaline recipe
Recipe:  Easy Mexican Fiesta- Fresh guacamole, salsa, tacos (vegetarian/alkalarian)
Thursday July 17th      Learn the Swing & a American alkaline recipe
Recipe:  Easy Burgers, Summer Salad and Sweet potato fries (vegetarian/alkalarian)
Thursday August 14nd  Learn the Mambo & a fresh Thai alkaline recipe
Recipe:  Easy Alkaline Spring Rolls and Pad Thai (vegan/alkalarian)
*alternative cheeses may contain very small amount of casein which is a milk derived product

Dancing starts at 6 P.M. and we start the cooking at 7-8:30 P.M.

NOTES:
-Although dress may be informal for all events guests are encouraged to dress in appropriate dancing attire.
-Copies of Recipes and nutritional info included with the evening.
